Project Tracking
Larger projects require a project tracking solution that enables both client and Spark easy access to important information, in real time. Spark offers our clients that solution.
With smaller projects, Spark utilizes our secure web based Client Center to review on-going projects. Larger projects require a more sophisticated, robust, interactive solution, such as Spark’s web based project tracking software.
Being organized is critical to successfully delivering accurate results, on time and on budget. Years of experience at managing large projects have resulted in Spark’s development of a tool that allows both clients and Spark to track deliverables and report on projects, in real time.
When logging into Spark’s project tracking software, clients are greeted by both their personal and company names. Next, each person is presented with an option to select from any of their current (or closed) projects. Once the project is selected, an option to select from sub-categories, within their project, is offered; for example: “Jim” might be working on the feeder assembly, while “Sally” might be working on the transfer drum. Once Jim or Sally has selected their area of the project, they now have the ability to: add a new art number, approve art, add notes, submit for review, request an error correction, etc. They also have the ability to review top-level information, such as reporting on the number of deliverables requested, as well as how many of those deliverables have been completed or are in review stage. Both Spark’s staff and the client’s team have access to the same information. Spark also offers sensible restriction of access to content, based upon sensitivity or need, based upon the user who is logged into Spark’s project tracking software.
