3DiPM Instructions

In order to interact with this configurator, you must install the Cult3D plugin.

 

		ROTATE Use left mouse button, click and drag to rotate the model
		ZOOM Use right mouse button, click and drag to zoom the model
		MOVE Use both mouse buttons, click and drag to move the model
		RESET Use space bar to reset the model

The mold for this part was built in China. It has multiple slides, hydraulic core pull, 2 stage slides a 2 drop hot runner system.

Numerous variables in the Process affect the part size, and straightness. Using Numerous DOE’s we developed a robust process that yielded a part the was more consistent than its predecessors, and increase overall cartridge life by 250%. In addition with Empires help the customer changed many features in the initial design, which reduced tool cost increased moldability, and to allow this unit to be remanufactured many times.
